"You look at Arkansas and I think it's one of the greatest places you can have to be a coach and have a chance to win a championship," new linebackers coach Randy Shannon says.
"In this business if you don't have an ego you'll last a long time, if you a head coach, coordinator or an assistant you just do your job to be the best you can and if we all successful then we all get better."
Shannon spent 2012 at TCU coaching linebackers, which is the former title on staff for Taver Johnson.
"Being a part of the puzzle I think is the ultimate goal and we're just excited that happend," Johnson says.
Taver will be the lone active staff member on the sideline in 2012, making the move to cornerbacks coach for 2013.
"When you have the chance to coach from the front to back you are well rounded, that way you have some insight with the entire group and it's something that I'm definitely excited about," Johnson added.
With the latest additions just one spot remains on Bielema's staff for 2013.
