A Winslow man faces theft charges after police say he broke into his own workplace and robbed it.  Officers arrested Kenneth Manning after they say Manning broke into Kimball and Thompson Produce on Shady Grove Road last month.  Officers say surveillance video shows Manning wearing his own company jacket while he searched the building for money.  The day after the burglary, Manning apparently called in sick to work.  He now faces charges of commercial burglary and theft of property.  He was released Friday on a $2,500 bond.  Manning faces a judge February 4th.
