The man accused of murdering a 6-year-old Bentonville girl has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

28-year-old Zachary Holly was in court Monday morning for his arraignment.  Charges including capital murder, kidnapping, rape and burglary in connection with the death of Jersey Bridgeman were formally filed last week against Holly.

During the arraignment, Judge Robin Green set a February 28th pretrial court date for Holly, he is scheduled to appear at 8:30am in a division 2 court.  Benton County prosecutor Van Stone says he will seek death penalty for Zachary Holly regarding murder charge.

Jersey's mother, DesaRae Bridgeman, was in court with other members of the family.

On November 20th, police began searching for Jersey Bridgeman after she was reported missing by her mother. Soon after, her body was found in a vacant house doors away from her own home.
6 days later and after an investigation that included the FBI, Zachary Holly was arrested.
