Here are your Top Trenders for Monday, January 7th.

Number 5:  Lindsay Lohan is heading back down a familiar path.
She's due back in court today, where she'll learn if a prosecutor will pursue misdemeanor assault charges against her.
Lohan is accused of punching a woman at a Manhattan nightclub in November.
But her attorney says Lohan is the victim of someone looking for 15 minutes of fame.
Lohan has been in and out of court 19 times since 2007.

Number 4:  Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will head back to work this morning. 
Clinton was forced to take time off in December, to battle a stomach flu, concussion and then a blood clot.
She was discharged from a New York hospital Wednesday.
Clinton is expected to attend a meeting with assistant secretaries of state this morning.

Number 3:  The son of U.S. Senator Rand Paul and grandson of former Presidential Candidate Ron Paul is in trouble with the law.
William Paul, 19, was jailed for underage drinking and disorderly conduct after a flight to Charlotte.
It's not clear whether Paul was suspected of drinking on the airplane, or at the airport.
Senator Paul released a statement, asking for privacy at this time.    

Number 2:  Police in Colorado say a drunk man stole an ambulance!
EMT's in Longmont, CO were treating an 86-year-old woman after she fell Sunday morning.
While they were treating her, someone drove away in their ambulance.
Police say Robert Taylor told them he got in the ambulance because he was cold.
Taylor also had an outstanding felony warrant for escaping from the Colorado Department of Corrections.    

Number 1:  Justin Bieber smoking pot?
TMZ has pictures of Bieber at a party in a Newport beach hotel room, holding what looks like marijuana.
The celebrity gossip site says the photos were snapped on January 2nd, one day after a paparazzo was killed trying to take pictures of Bieber's Ferrari.
