News Helicopter Catches Funnel Cloud Forming

People looking up in the skies over south Florida may have seen something
unexpected on Friday.
Several funnel clouds were reported around the southwestern portion of Miami-Dade County. There were no reports of any of the funnels touching down. But, a news helicopter from WPLG captured one of the small funnels forming out of the clouds.
The National Weather Service issued a special weather statement, warning of the possibility of funnel clouds until 2 pm on Friday.
