Updated: January 15, 2013
A hit and run accident Monday night sent a Springdale man to the hospital.

Police say a car hit 26-year-old Jeffrey Wright as he was walking along Christian Avenue in Springdale and then drove away. Wright was rushed to Washington Regional Medical Center and is expected to recover.

Police are now looking for the car but have few details except that it has damage to the passenger-side mirror. If you have any information, call Springdale police at the number on your screen.
