President Urges Pledge to Serve on MLK Day

In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday, on Tuesday, President Obama urged folks to sign up for the National Day of Service on January 19th.


The MLK Day of Service is a part of United We Serve, the President's national call to service initiative. According to MLKDay.org "It calls for Americans from all walks of life to work together to provide solutions to our most pressing national problems."
