Several items of interest on The Fayetteville City Council agenda Tuesday night. First up, The E-Waste grant .The council unanimously approved accepting a $25,000 grant for an E-Waste Redemption Program. The money will help to properly dispose of things like computers, printers, microwaves, and handheld devices. The council also approved buying a refurbished Hazmat truck for the fire department at just more than $65,000. As for selling land on Huntsville Road to Kum & Go LLC, that item has been tabled. Another offer came in at the last minute and the city council decided to discuss the sale further before approving it.
