Unregistered Sex Offender Arrested

An unregistered sex offender has been arrested in Springdale, after a woman told police her boyfriend allowed her 11 year old niece to watch pornographic material on his phone.
Police arrested 31 year old Jason Hicks and say he's a registered sex offender from Smackover, Arkansas.
According to officers, Hicks had been living in Springdale for three weeks, but never registered with local police.
Hicks is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
