A robber on the run and the sound of sirens will be waking up people in Rogers this morning. Those are just two of the seven stories at 7:00 you need to know about before heading out the door.
Developing this morning in the Jersey Bridgeman murder case, a protection order was filed against Bridgeman's accused murderer, Zachary Holly.
According to the Benton County prosecutor, Holly's wife is the one who filed it.
Court documents show Amanda Holly says Zachary repeatedly called her from jail.
In one three day span last week, he called Amanda 33 times.
She did not answer his calls and considers the calls as threatening, according to the protection order.
Amanda Holly filed the protection order January 16th with the Benton County Circuit Clerk's Office.
Her six-year-old son is also listed on the order.

Investigators released surveillance photos of the man police say stole items from the J.C. Penney's at Central Mall.
He even got into a scuffle with an employee who tried to stop him, injuring the employee in the process.
This isn't the first time officers say the man stole from the store. It was also hit in December.
Witnesses say the man drove off in a black Lexus RX-300 with paper tags.

The Christmas storm took down trees and power lines, leaving behind an estimated $9 million dollars in damage.
Folks in Rogers will be hearing sirens this morning, starting at 9 o'clock.
But don't worry, it's only a test.
The city wants to make sure the storm sirens are all working correctly.
Just last year, a siren malfunction woke up people near Westside Elementary School at 4:30 A.M.!
The Rogers Fire Department thinks a power surge caused the false alarm.
Today's test will include all of Rogers' 20 siren locations and will continue throughout the day.

It turns out a carbon monoxide leak at a Siloam Springs hotel all started with the hotel's swimming pool.
The fire department says the pool's heater at the Hampton Inn was leaking the poisonous gas, sending five people to the hospital.
The hotel had to be evacuated Monday night, and investigators spent most of Tuesday ventilating the building and looking for the source of the leak.
It is back open for business this morning.

A 300 gallon fuel tank landed in a ditch in the Durham community, just east of Elkins and started leaking the fuel.
Police say Anthony Stobaugh and Daisy Bohannan stole the tank from a nearby farm.
That's when the pair lost control of their trailer and it and the tank crashed into the ditch.
Both Stobaugh and Bohannan face felony charges.

We've learned the Russian Supreme Court is now allowing the Skaggs family to bring their daughter, Polina back to the U.S. from Russia.
Kendra Skaggs says the court has decided to follow through with any U.S. adoptions before January 1st of this year.
We first exclusively told you about the Skaggs in December when Jason and Kendra were less than a month away from bringing five-year-old Polina to Bella Vista.
But a bill signed by Vladamir Putin just before the new year blocked all Russian adoptions to the U.S.
Now, the latest ruling on adoptions means the homecoming date is set at last.
Kendra said they will arrive home with their daughter on February 2nd.
