Fayetteville's new flyover will allow drivers going north on 71B to cross over southbound traffic and access the Fulbright Expressway.

This should prevent drivers from having to make sometimes dangerous U-turns, and will help alleviate traffic in the congested area.

It is expected to take about 17 months to complete.

The groundbreaking will be at 2 pm February 4th, on Van Asche Drive. That's adjacent to the Fulbright Expressway.
