NWA Grandslam Performance Associates met with local leaders at Tyson Headquarters on Friday. The hopes are to tie companies with volunteer work.

Grandslam performance discussed the major towns in Northwest Arkansas and how companies can make a difference in the community. This session focused on Springdale.

Host Dr. Adam Arroyos explains the mission of NWA Grandslam Performance Associates.

"The large part of it is gaining awareness of not only how you can take ownership of your own performance and excellence, but also in the process making a difference in your community and in the lives of your neighbors, but also for your company," said Dr. Adam Arroyos.

Mayor Sprouse was just one of those on the panel.
