A Bella Vista family is finally complete.
We first told you about the Skaggs family in December.
Kendra and Jason Skaggs were in the process of bringing their adopted daughter home from Russia, when a ban on U.S. adoptions in that country stalled their efforts.
Their prayers were finally answered and just this weekend, the family returned home to Northwest Arkansas with 5-year-old Polina with them.
The Skaggs family joined us live on the Fox Morning Edge Tuesday, to talk about their journey.
