In Bella Vista, a Judge has made a decision on the fate of Mellie the Dog.

Mellie received a "vicious dog" citation from police after she got loose and ran up to a neighbor.
After hearing from both sides on the issue, a Judge ruled Mellie was a "nuisance" and not a "vicious dog."
The dog's owner was ordered to pay a $25 fine and court costs.
Tonight at ten, hear from the owner of the dog and the person who filed the initial complaint.
