FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.
- The Arkansas baseball team will have at least 18 games televised
during the 2013 regular season as the Razorbacks' full 2013 television
schedule was announced on Monday.
Arkansas'
television schedule will include 11 games televised by CST, three games
on the ESPN family of networks and two games on Fox Sports Net and
Comcast Sports Southeast. The Razorbacks will have 10 home games at Baum
Stadium televised. In addition, Arkansas' game at Dickey-Stephens Park
in North Little Rock vs. Mississippi Valley State
will be televised. Arkansas will have at least one game televised in all
10 conference series, including all three games of the Texas A&M
series and two games in each of the series against Georgia, LSU,
Mississippi State and South Carolina.
The
Razorbacks had three games added to its television schedule as part of
the
Southeastern Conference TV package. Arkansas' home games against Ole
Miss on March 17, Mississippi State on March 31 and Tennessee on May 12
will be televised on CST and also carried on ESPN3 and WatchESPN.
Arkansas
will have eight games televised as part of its institutional package
with CST. The Razorbacks' games against Mississippi Valley State in
North Little Rock on March 27, Mississippi State on March 29, LSU on
April 13 and 14, Texas A&M on April 19, Oklahoma on April 23, at
Kentucky on May 5 and at Auburn on May 18 will be shown
live on CST.
In
addition to the regular season TV games, all games from the SEC
Baseball Tournament
will also be televised. CSS and FSN will team up to air each game from
the first four days of the tournament at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in
Hoover, Ala., May 21-24. The semifinals on May 25 will be simulcast on
ESPNEWS and CSS, while the championship game
of the SEC Tournament will be televised on ESPN2 at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday,
May 27.
The
Razorbacks open the 2013 season on Friday, Feb. 15, when they host
Western
Illinois. First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. Season tickets for
Arkansas' 34-game home schedule are now on sale. Season tickets are $190
for adults and $140 for University of Arkansas staff, youth and senior
