Police say they investigated four separate incidents Monday where mailboxes had been destroyed using the homemade explosive.
Two occurred at homes on N. Hartford Drive and two others on North Eastwood Drive.
On Tuesday, Police arrested two 15-year-old boys and three 16-year-old boys in connection with the crimes.
