"Twilight: Breaking Dawn: Part 2" is the best of the worst.

The final installment in the Twilight series walked away with seven statuettes, including worst picture, from the 33rd annual Razzie Awards.

The Razzies act as an antidote to the Oscars by celebrating the worst in cinema every year.

Other winners this year include Razzie-alum Adam Sandler in "That's My Boy" and Rihanna's big-screen debut in "Battleship."

Police in Dublin, California arrested the entertainer on Thursday night.

They say he was interfering with their police duties and resisting an officer.

No word what led to the initial contact.

Hammer was booked and then released.

Police say there were no drugs or alcohol involved.

Oscar Pistorius isn't the only one in his family accused of killing someone.

Oscar's older brother, Carl Pistorius, is accused of culpable homicide in the 2010 death of a female motorcyclist.

Prosecutors say Pistorius was driving recklessly when the accident happened.

Pistorius' attorney claims the woman rode the motorcycle into his client's vehicle.

Carl's trial has been scheduled for the end of March, meaning his trial could be completed before Oscar's is scheduled to begin in June.

BP and its partners are expected in New Orleans Federal Court today, for the start of the long-awaited civil case over the deepwater horizon spill.

The explosion and ensuing spill lasted 87 days, dumping more than four million barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico.

The first phase of the case will focus on the company's actions leading up to the spill and whether or not they constituted gross negligence.

The clock is winding down on the budget stalemate in Washington.
