Springdale Police, investigating trespassing and drug smuggling cases at Springdale High School, arrested two teens for multiple burglaries.
Police say one of the teens passively admitted to a previous burglary.
They met with 18-year-old Jesus Tiburcio who admitted to police that he, 18-year-old Juan Ayala and a juvenile attempted to break into a home on Rosemary in Springdale, but they were interrupted when a woman came out of the hose.

Tiburcio then recalled another burglary in which he, Ayala and the juvenile broke into the Juvenile's father's home and stole jewelry that was later pawned by Ayala.
After leaving the home, Tiburcio told police they obtained a key to the father's storage unit, went there and stole two chainsaws.
Police then interviewed the juvenile suspect with his father present. He confirmed Tiburcio's story and admitted to breaking into another home on Clear Creek in Springdale where he used to mow the lawn.
In his interview with police Juana Ayala also confirmed Tiburcio's and the juvenile's stories. Ayala also admitted to a separate burglary in the Alma area.
Tiburcio and Ayala face felony charges of Residential Burglary, Theft of Property and Breaking and Entering. They each also face misdemeanor theft of property charges and Tiburcio faces a separate charge of attempted residential burglary.
