Fayetteville police arrested 28-year-old Travis Johnson on charges of reckless driving and driving while intoxicated. Police say Johnson hit a car head on at the intersection of College Avenue and Rock, then fled the scene. An off-duty officer saw Johnson take off and police were able to find him about half a block away from the accident. A passenger in Johnson`s car as well as the occupants in the car he hit, were all hospitalized. The vehicle Johnson reportedly hit also caught fire.
