Under the plan, items purchased from Wal-Mart`s website can be shipped for free to stores in New Mexico, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, and select stores in Texas, California, Colorado, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi.
Today`s announcement affects more than 750 stores.
Wal-Mart plans to expand the program the program over the next several months with a national rollout expected by late summer.
