Beebe Issues Emergency Declaration

     Because of record-low temperatures in the month of April, Governor Mike Beebe has declared a state of emergency in 35 counties.
     A late freeze destroyed many crops in Arkansas, including in Benton and Washington counties. This proclamation will help support an effort to get federal dollars to local farmers.
