Prosecutor Cracks Down On False Identities

A Rogers prosecutor is implementing a new rule for criminals: no more fake names. Rogers District Court Prosecutor Ben Lipscomb says hes tired of trying to match suspects with their real identities, so he plans to recommend a 90-day jail sentence for anyone charged with using a false name when arrested. While the idea has garnered some support, some believe the plan wont work because Benton County jails are already overcrowded.
