Bella Vista could begin taking over municipal services from the property owners association as early as June. The results of a ballot asking property owners for permission to transfer the assets will be released at 5:30 Thursday night. The general manager of the association, Tommy Bailey says an initial tally shows that votes have been around 95 percent in favor of the transfer.
