Tyson Foods Lawsuit

     Springdale based Tyson Foods is on the wrong end of a human rights abuse case. Former workers at a Tyson slaughterhouse in Canada filed a class-action lawsuit claiming the company wrongfully fired people during a unionization effort. A Tyson spokesperson says they have yet to see the lawsuit and will not comment until they do.
