Earl adams is upset about a sexually explicit book his sons check out at the bentonville library. Adams brought suit and the book has been pulled for now. But are bentonville library workers at fault for letting the minors check out the book. At the bentonville library there is a section for childrens books and a general section were books are seprated by catagory. The sexually explicit book adams kids checked out was located here on this adult non-fiction self and was grouped with health books. The bentonville library is an open access library and its books are availible to anyone. The rogers library has the same policy. Roger public library director judy casey says its not upto librarians to deciede what a child with a library card can take home.
