Rental Registration Is a Go

Despite some protests, one local city will require all residential housing units to be registered. The Springdale City Council has approved an ordinance requiring all landlords to register their rental properties with the city. Supporters of the measure say it will help in emergency situations, but many local landlords oppose the ordinance, saying they dont understand the need.
