Updated: April 25, 2007
Police arrested a woman investigators think was involved in Fayetteville apartment fire. Police arrested Kyla Delk, 32, in connection with a fire at the Club on the Creek Apartments. Officers believe she was in the club house when the fire started. Police also say she stole the fire extinguisher from club house. Officers found it later in her car. Managers of the apartment complex say Delk had been ordered to stay off the property in the past. According to those managers, her family lives in the complex, but she lives in her car in the parking lot.
