Woman Pleads Not Guilty To Permitting Abuse

A Siloam Springs woman, accused of permitting the abuse of a minor, says she is innocent. Carol Sue Lykins, 48, pleaded not guilty to allowing the suspected rape of a 16-year-old girl. Her husband, Jeffery Lykins, pleaded not guilty to the felony rape charge. Carol Lykins also faces a contempt of court charge after showing up to court drunk last week.
