Body Found In Arkansas River

Police need your help identifying a body pulled from the Arkansas River early Sunday morning. Arkansas State Police say a fisherman found the body floating near the bank of a river in Barling, near the Marina Apartments. Police think it was in the water for up to five days. The man they found was bald or had a shaved head. He was roughly 30 or 40 years old, five foot ten to 6 feet tall, and weighed about 200 pounds. The man had on a long-sleeved black shirt, jeans and black lace-up boots. Call Arkansas State Police if you have information on this crime at (479) 783-5195.
