Election Fees: Bella Vista

That decision came from the Benton County Attorney.
Mayor Frank Anderson presented an argument.
Anderson said since Bella Vista was not a town at the time of the election -- he didn't think the community should pay the fees...
The Fees totalled over twenty-two-thousand dollars.
Bella vista became a town six days after the election.
