(Little Rock, AR) -- Efforts to oust or suspend Little Rock Schools Superintendent Dr. Roy Brooks took another legal turn Monday. Brooks filed suit in federal court against the head of the school board and a second board member. In his suit, Brooks contends letters the two sent to nine district administrators last week could wind up intimidating witnesses who might provide favorable testimony at an upcoming hearing which could result in his suspension or firing.
