State Of The City Of Little Rock

By: Jennifer Griggy
Updated: May 2, 2007
(Little Rock, AR) -- Folks in Little Rock now know the state of their city, at least from the perspective of Mayor Mark Stodola. In his State of the City address Tuesday, Stodola spoke optimistically of Little Rock becoming the next great southern city, at one point noting the citys 52-percent drop in the number of homicides during the first four months of 2007. He said racial distrust was among the citys biggest problem. (Copyright 2007 Newsroom Solutions, LLC)
