Campus officials say a person heard two men around midnight saying there was going to be an incident like Virginia Tech on the Pulaski Technical College campus today. That person called North Little Rock police from a pay phone early this morning to report the incident. All police have to go on is that the suspects are two white men. President of Pulaski Tech, Dr. Dan Bakke, tells our sister station KARK news they started a lockdown at about 7:45am with the help of North Little Rock police. Nobody has been arrested for this threat.
