Earlier this week, police arrested seven juveniles -- five boys and two girls -- ranging in age from 12 to 16. The children were booked on a number of felony charges including criminal mischief in the first degree, commercial burglary and breaking or entering.
Yesterday, Rogers Police arrested an eighth suspect, a 16-year-old boy, who was also charged with numerous felonies related to the vandalism. The boy was also charged with two felonies for engaging in, and recruiting for, gang activity. Police say these charges stem from involvement with other people in a group calling themselves the "Southside Devils." Officers say this group is under investigation.
