34-year-old Brian Nebinger has been arrested on possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. Through an investigation conducted by detectives, a search warrant was obtained and served on Nebinger’s computer. Among things found were sexually explicit pictures that included underage females. Springdale police say in an interview with Nebinger, he admitted to downloading the pictures using a peer-to-peer program. Nebinger was booked into the Springdale Police Department and later transported to the Washington County Detention Center
