Click It or Ticket Campaign

Buckle up or expect a ticket. Thats the message from the Fort Smith Police Department. The department says it plans to ticket anyone who doesnt buckle up, day or night, as part of their click it or ticket campaign. The seat belt enforcement blitz will start in mid-may and run until memorial day.
