An arraignment is set for one teen, accused of making terroristic threats towards his old high school.
Eighteenyear old Tanner Fenus of Rogers was arrested Wednesday, after an acquaintance reported hearing him say he planned to take a gun to school and quote, "kill some people". Terroristic threatening is punishable by up to six years in prison. Fenus denied making the threats and has not been formally charged. His arraignment is set for June 11th.
