An early Sunday morning argument over 10-dollars cost a man his life in Arkansas capital city. Police say 57-year-old Eli Payne of a Maryland Street address died after being shot in the side. A homeless man, 62-year-old David Lee McClendon, was arrested Sunday morning on a charge of first-degree murder. With his death, Payne is Little Rocks 13th homicide of the year. His son, 32-year-old Elie Payne, was Little Rocks second-murder of 2007 when he was gunned down on West 10th Street. (Copyright 2007 Newsroom Solutions, LLC)
