Residents May Be Forced To Move

If the city of Springdale gets its way, some people living at a local mobile home park may have to move. The planning commission says trailers in the Northern Hills Mobile Home Park are too close together and changes must be made.
Owners of the park say the required 15-foot distance between trailers is too large, but city officials say this is done to as a safety precaution.
Tuesday, the city denied a request for a variance and the owners say they will appeal the decision in court.
