Police Corporal Resigns

A Fort Smith Police Corporal resigned Monday. The resignation follows Dean Arters arrest last week on a misdemeanor harrassment charge. A female co-worker claimed Arter took pictures of her with his cell phone camera, without her knowledge. Arter is a 17 year veteran of the department.
