Bella Vista may get a heck of a deal on cop cars.
The cars may be sold to the city for a dollar.
Thursday night, the Bella Vista Property Owners Association Board of Directors will discuss a resolution concerning transferring Property Owners Association assets to the city.
The police department will be transferred to the city as early as June.
The board also plans to discuss a possible water expansion project.
