The Rogers man is accused of shooting 18-year-old Becky Bishop - then eluding police for more than a week. Accoring to a report in the Morning News, Bishop said the shooting was unintentional - but authorities believe otherwise. Johnson will appear in Benton County court Monday for arraignment.
