The owner of a local restaurant says he knows just what downtown Van Buren needs: A drink! For the first time in over sixty years, that may actually happen. The owners of Sisters Gourmet Bistro said they plan to get a private club liquor license. If they get the license, they plan to sell liquor by the drink. The owners of Sisters Gourmet Bistro say they want to revitalize Van Burens downtown.
