Arkansas State Police are cracking down on nighttime traffic.
Officers say people are less likely to wear seat belts after dark, so theyre stepping up seat belt laws with a new "Click It or Ticket" campaign. From May 21 to June 3, officers will be writing tickets for anyone not wearing a seat belt, day and night.
