Car Accident Stops Traffic on I-540

A two car accident backed up traffic in both directions on I-540 around 1:00pm Saturday afternoon in Lowell. Two cars rolled over in the northbound lanes of the highway. It really is amazing that everyone walked away from this accident with no injuries. One driver tells KNWA her tire blew out, she lost control, and overcorrected, hitting another car, causing both to flip. Both cars were towed away, and no one was injured.
