Remember the recent impact fee election? One group has questions about the elections results and plans to get answers from state legislators. Last months election ended in a tie. But the group, "Vote For Fayetteville"-- a group pushing in favor of the impact fees, has a few remaining questions over the results.
After getting some advice, the group plans to submit their questions through a local legislator to a legislative research team. The group wants to know how long after an election someone can challenge the results, and to see if theres anything that would give them the greenlight to take the challenge to court.
