Buckle up! Police are stepping up their "Click It or Ticket" campaign for Memorial Day weekend. For the next two weeks, officers will be stepping up their efforts to make sure you are buckled up and safe. The national average for seatbelt use is 81%, but in Arkansas, its only 69%. Police say seatbelts worn correctly can reduce the risk of a life-threatening injury by up to 45%.
