Rogers Takes Out the Trash

Rogers city aldermen have voted to get rid of a low-volume trash collecting program. Inland Service Corporation will no longer sell the yellow bags, but will pick them up until December first. A new program will offer 32-gallon bins to low-income residents, who are disabled or over 65 years old.
