Brian Bergthold Will Stay In Jail

     A Bella Vista foster parent accused of molesting children will remain in jail. Brian Bergthold faces state and federal charges for the sexual abuse of minors. Bergthold's lawyer argued that he would not be a flight risk before trail, but that request was denied and he will remain in the Benton County Jail.
