The Board of Trustees met at the University of Arkansas campus Friday morning. We talked to the Board of Trustees Chairman Stanley Reed about the lawsuit against President Alan Sugg and Chancellor John White. Former student John David Terry is suing the University officials for not doing their job when it came to the critical email Mitch Mustain received from a fan. Reed said the lawsuit was frivolous. We also asked Reed about Houston Nutts meeting with Thomas McAfee concerning Nutts text messages and the threats theyve made about suing each other. Reed said at this point, it doesnt involve the University.
